Silver Summit ("we," "us") runs a gaming and collectible-card platform. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the site, we don't sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete your account data. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address (and a password, stored securely by our authentication provider) when you sign up. Optionally a public handle (username) you choose — your handle is public; your email is not.
• Things you submit: contact-form messages (name, email, optional phone, message) and guestbook entries (name, message; your email is stored privately and never shown publicly).
• Gameplay & collection data: high scores, cards you own/mint, in-app token balances, and similar activity needed to run the game economy.
• Basic usage data: aggregate visitor counts and standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run the games, leaderboards, cards, and token features.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To protect the site against abuse, fraud, and technical problems.

We do notsell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to operate: a hosting platform that serves the site, and a backend/authentication provider that stores account and app data. They process data on our behalf to provide the service. If we add on-chain features in the future, anything you choose to publish to a public blockchain (for example, minting a card to your own wallet) is, by nature, public and outside our control.

Cookies

We use only the cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the site. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

• You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below).
• You can change your public handle in your account settings.
• This is a PG-13platform and is not directed to children under 13; please don't use it if you are under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform grows. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
