Welcome to Silver Summit. By using the site you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain — this is a game site, not a law-school exam.

1. Accounts & eligibility

• This is a PG-13 platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Pick a handle that isn't offensive, impersonating, or infringing. We may reclaim handles that break these rules.

2. Acceptable use

Don't do illegal things, harass others, upload malware, cheat the game economy, scrape or attack the service, or post content that is unlawful, infringing, or above a PG-13 rating. We can suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

3. Summit Tokens (in-app credits)

• Summit Tokens are closed-loop, spend-only in-app credits used to play, mint, and collect on the site.
• Tokens have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be sold or transferred between users for cash.
• Tokens are not an investment and are not expected to increase in value.

4. Cards & collectibles

• Cards are digital collectibles. On-site, cards may be traded or bought/sold for in-app tokens only — never for real money.
• Any real-money sale of a card's rights happens off-site (e.g. third-party marketplaces), between users and that third party. Silver Summit is not a party to those sales and takes no royalty or cut of them.
• Cards are collectibles, not investments or securities. We make no promise that any card will hold or increase in value.

5. Creators & hosting

• Creators are responsible for the games and content they make, and must have the rights to anything they upload.
• Free games — no hosting guarantee. We reserve the right to remove old, unplayed, or storage-wasting free games at any time. We do not guarantee how long a free game will remain hosted by us. For durable, portable hosting, creators can choose a paid/decentralized hosting option where available.
• You keep ownership of content you create; you grant us a license to host and display it so the platform can function.

6. The service "as is"

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
